CSS code for gallery?
-
Hi There,
Your theme is fantastic for what I was looking for! Chat-support advised that I reach out to you directly. In the page https://arcxcenter.com/smarter-nyc/ there is gallery underneath “NYC Case Studies”. Click, for example, in OneNYC. I need to bring the item description to the center of the screen, maybe moving the image/square to the top. I need to do this in all 12 little squares with content in it.
Can you help?
Thank you,

Hi – thanks for the message. Really pleased you like the theme :)
However I’m afraid I don’t understand exactly what you want to do?
I see the gallery image overlay with the description underneath however I am not entirely sure what you want to change.
I suspect that we won’t be able to change the gallery layout since the content is all generated with javascript and it will likely reset the changes per gallery – but maybe we can work something out.

Some of the CSS recently added allowed the description text for each media in that particular gallery to be pushed up, including the image/media itself. I’ll use the same code to push it further up with the goal of displaying the description at the center of the screen once you click on each image/media.
Is this explanation clearer?
Thanks, -
there’s no way to vertically center the description – but if you want it to be higher then you can adjust the css you were given. The numbers ending in % can be changed to any number to make it go higher or lower.
If you set it to 0 then the text will go to the top of the page.
