CSS – Change "Search this website" text in search input

  I’d like to change the default text “Search this website” that appears in the WP search box for the front end of the blog. How could I do this using CSS? We have the customize CSS option.

  The blog I need help with is aldia.microjuris.com.

  Unfortunately, you cannot use css to change text – just hide it completely or change the fonts or colors.
