I am trying to create a poster that will sit on my blogs splash page.
A poster/image that is very large and was wanting to use to the full width template but for some reason the image is being cropped. I have tried all sorts of options but I cannot get any image to appear in its original dimensions.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated?
As this is slowing me down from achieving what I want to do.
First make sure you are inserting the image as “full size” instead of small, medium or large.
Otherwise you’ll probably need to make changes via CSS.
Do you have the CSS upgrade from WordPress.com?
I do have the css upgrade option from wp.com.
I am definitely inserting the image as full size, as it 800*600 in size, it was a dummy sample image I made in photoshop.
I am also using the full width template on my splash page but it just centers the image????
Appreciate the additional info.
Can you show me the page where this is happening so I can take a closer look and help?
I think there’s CSS that’s affecting this.
Let me know, thanks!
