Compatibility Issues with PolyLang

    Hi there,

I am using your theme (Prosperity) on my site and it was recommended to me by WordPress support to use PolyLang to make my site multi-lingual. I purchased, installed and configured PolyLang Pro on my site and there are certain things that have broken or are incomplete.

I am working with PolyLang Pro to try to address these issues but they have asked me for the Prosperity theme zip file because they need to install in a private devolpment environment (I don’t have a staging site) to understand how it works under the hood. They have said this is necessary to help me to configure Polylang the right way for translating strings and that they need the code of the theme for that and its user documentation is not enough.

I have been working on my site for a while now and it’s 90% there but I need these PolyLang Pro/Prosperity theme issues resolved. Would you be able to give me access to the zip for PolyLang to troubleshoot?

I would to avoid having to pay for it again (we are a charitable foundation) via your store (https://themesharbor.com/downloads/prosperity/).

    Thanks,

    Charan

The blog I need help with is activechance.org.

    Hi Charan,

I’ve just replied to your email. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Just a note, the Business Plan (or Premium Plan) does not grant you the theme license. It just allows to use the theme (any premium theme from WordPress.com collection) for as long as your plan is active.

    Thanks,
    Taras
