  Hello,
  I have a question concerning the comments I received on my blog.
  How to know the email adress of the people who left comments on my blog ?
  How to do to be sure that these people received the answer on their email adress ?
  I have done a test with a test mail and I can not see the email adress and I can not receive too the answer on my test email.
  I guess that there is a possibilité, isn’t it ?

  Hi there,

  yes, the admin WordPress.com comment section doesn’t show the email of comment author. To see it, you need to go to wp-admin dashboard:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/dashboard/

  About emails sent to comment followers is a feature of WordPress.com, this is the info link:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/following-comments/

  We believe that it is enabled by default, but if you are having issues, we could add a WordPress staff member to the conversation. Let us know!
