  Hi – Looking for help in becoming GDPR compliant. As per this article https://make.wordpress.org/core/2018/05/17/changes-that-affect-theme-authors-in-wordpress-4-9-6/ one of the actions we need to take is to implement Commenter Cookie Opt-In (see relevant section in article). Dicot isn’t allowing for the update in WordPress to show this, so two questions: do I have the most updated version of Dicot, if yes, how do we override functionality preventing us from enabling Commenter Cookie Opt In from showing? Thanks.
