Comment box does not seem to work

  The comments in the theme does not seem to work properly at least with Chrome, Firefox and Safari. The comment field itself is ok but the name, email and respective fields are messed up. When signed in this works but for readers without a WordPress account this doesn’t work.

  Any ideas?
