Add topic to favorites
Hi, I’m trying out my CSS upgrade for the first time with this theme… it seems the hardest bit is finding the selector. Is there some trick or list or guide I’m missing?

Anyone know what the selector is to change the color of the text in the side bar and header bar, for example? It’s probably super easy, but I’m new to CSS. Sorry and thanks in advance for any help!!

I find these things with Firebug, or Chrome’s Inspect Element. It’s an invaluable tool for looking at the HTML source of your site as well as the css. It will even let you test changes before making them live.
