Colour of site title does not match tagline

  If you select a new colour in the header for the site title it does not change the colour of the tagline. However, the colour in the ‘preview’ of the site title and tagline are correct. Why the difference? Thanks!

  Hello,
  I am not really sure – my guess is that we do not control what can be changed in the customizer – so if the theme is defining a color for the tagline by default, the customizer may use a different way of targeting the tagline that the theme is overwriting. By default the only way to really customize any aspect of Handmade is via Custom CSS
