    I used the CSS provided in a previous thread to make the menu bar the same width as the header. It works fine in Chrome and Firefox, but in IE there is still a black bar behind the menu that extends all the way to the edge of the browser. Is there any way to fix this?

    The blog I need help with is: ststudent.wordpress.com

    What previous thread are you referencing so I can go back and fix it?

    To kill the black bar in IE you also need to add this.

    .navbar-inner {
        filter: none;
    }
