change text on mobile tab

  Hi,
  is it possible to change the text that says “EXTRA” on the mobile/tablet tab to “TWEETS ” ?

  Unfortunately, there isn’t a way that I know of to do this. I tried hacking the CSS a bit using pseudo classes, but wasn’t able to get anything that worked well.
