Change Font size of ONLY the Body text in posts

Hi, is there a way to change the font size of the Body Text in ONLY the posts and pages?

I’ve tried using the font tool on wordpress customization but that changes everything including the page title on the home page – and I don’t want that.

What I want is to change the body font size on only the individual posts and pages.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
