Change font color?

I was wanting to know if it was possible to change the font color of the title above each featured post, while viewing the front page. Basically, I have white text on top of the featured image and I wanted to know if possible to use a darker color when the picture has white in it.
The blog I need help with is grancrucigars.wordpress.com.
Hi – if you add the ‘light’ tag to any post that has a light image then the text will display in black rather than white.
That helps some. A grey would be ideal!
you could try ‘medium’ as well :)
