Change colors on: Menu, Widget title and widget column/sidebar

  Hi, I have used a CSS code to modify some colors and others little things on the template, but i dont know how:
  1. change the menu color
  2. change the widget title color
  3. i wish color all widget column/sidebar with all one color, so the sidebar column it all same.
