Category pages

    I am using Category pages for two pages: Upcoming Events and Past Events. I have removed the title but is there a way to get rid of the line at the top of the page?

    Also, is there a way to add a title to these pages? Could the CSS change so that the title reads as the category name instead of Category: Past Events?

    The blog I need help with is greenenergyohiosite.wordpress.com.

    Another thought, is there a way to use shortcodes to add posts with specific categories to a page? That would get around both of the issues above.

    “I have removed the title but is there a way to get rid of the line at the top of the page?”
    – To hide the page header in category archive views, please use this custom CSS:

    .archive.category .page-header {
      display: none;
    }

    – To hide the word “Category”, please use this custom CSS:

    .archive.category .page-header .page-title span {
      display: none;
    }

    – Please check Display Posts Shortcode: https://en.support.wordpress.com/display-posts-shortcode/

    Let me know if you have any additional questions.

    Thank you,
