Categories to be displayed under header (Modern News Theme)

Hi there,
we just purchased Modern News theme. Unfortunately, categories are displayed on the side. Although it is news portal and they need to be displayed under the main header.
Could you please advise on steps to make it done?

Create a menu under Appearance -> Menus.
Add the categories you want to your menu.

One more question,
we list news under various categories. Once clicked on any Category page, there is news list but without a picture:

Go to Theme Settings -> Content Archives and check the box to include the featured thumbnail on archive pages.

We try to add a link to our social sites, i.e. facebook.
We added Facebook Like Box to Primary Sidebar. Setting as follows:
Title: Join us on Facebook
Facebook page URL: http://www.facebook.com/ORYXMediaUnfortunately, cannot see this link in our webpage.

Hi there, you can try an HTML weather sticker from Wunderground: http://www.wunderground.com/stickers/
Click the sticker to obtain the HTML code and paste it into a text widget.

If you’re not seeing it on your end, you might be running something on your computer or in your browser that’s causing it not to display, such as:
– “Social Connector” feature of Avast Anti-Virus software
– browser extensions including Facebook Disconnect and DoNotTrackMeIn the future, if you need help with anything else that is not related to your specific theme, could you please post in the regular WordPress.com support forums? Thanks!
