    Hi,

    I purchased the theme through WP. I have followed all of the instructions (as far as I am aware). There are however a couple of issues. The major one being the carousel is not showing correctly. If you look at the home page it is crushed just below the main menu. I am sure I must of done something stupid but can’t figure out what on earth I have done or how to resolve. Please advise how I can correct.

    Hi skischooltv,

    That looks like an issue with featured images. Have you made sure to attach featured images to your slider posts?

    Yes. The only test post I have made has a video which is tagged as “featured”. The actual slider is crushed on the front page. You can see a thin clear band with the crushed ghost like youtube play button. Have you any other ideas on how I can try resolve this? If it is not resolveable I would be very keen to get my money back.

    Thanks for confirming.

    When I inspect your site markup, I don’t see any HTML for the featured image: https://cloudup.com/cJnhFd5tq-x. Can you confirm that you’ve added on following the instructions listed here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/featured-images/? It simply looks like there’s no image attached, and that’s why the carousel is collapsed like it is.
