Can i use the maxwell in premium plan

  I am using free plan now.

  I saw your explain “premium or professional plan”

  but i clicked pay button then open pro paln 299$

  I just want this theme.

  If i use this theme in premium plan then i can pay it.

  The blog I need help with is healduck.com.

  You can purchase Maxwell directly on https://wordpress.com/theme/maxwell as a single theme purchase, with your Free plan. You have then access to Maxwell.

  As alternative you can also pay yearly for a Premium or Business plan: https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  These plans include access to all premium themes, among other features.

  I paid for the Jetpack Premium Plan.

  However, I do not have access to the Maxwell Pro version.

  You are prompted to upgrade to Jetpack Business Plan.

  What should I do?

  The Jetpack Business plan as well as the WordPress.com plans give you access to the WordPress.com version of Maxwell: https://wordpress.com/theme/maxwell

  It does not have a Pro Version. Maxwell Pro is an add-on plugin for the WordPress.org version of Maxwell (https://wordpress.org/themes/maxwell/) and can only be purchased on ThemeZee.com.

  I’m sorry since you were asking on the WordPress.com support forum I assumed you’re talking about the WordPress.com theme. Both versions have different features and functionality.

  You should be able to get a refund for your Jetpack purchase.
