Can I use MailerLite or ConvertKit instead of Mailchimp?

Hi, I have been using mailchimp for the last couple of months on my blog but I have decided to change to either convertkit or mailerlite. How do I add either of these to my blog instead? I know nothing about CSS, RSS or any sort of coding related to blogging.

Hi there, if Convertkit or Mailerlite offer a standalone signup form that they host, then you could link to that form from your site. You wouldn’t be able to embed a popup form directly on your site like you can with MailChimp, as we don’t offer direct integration. You could look in the documentation for the two services or contact their support to find out if they offer a standalone, hosted form that you could link to. This would be the simplest route.

With a Business plan, where you can install your own plugins, you could look for a plugin to integrate the forms directly on your site.

Just a heads-up that since your site has a Premium plan, you’re also entitled to live-chat and email support, accessible here:
