Call to Action with Buttons linking to pages

  I would like to add a section on my Qua home page below the slider that contains three to four buttons that link to specific pages.
  Is this possible?

  I figured it out!
  I added the following inline block code to the Customize/Widgets/Call to Action/Custom HTML section of the Qua administrator panel.
