Bugs with Jetpack sharing?

There are two bugs I am encountering when automatically sharing a post to Facebook and Twitter
    1) Facebook = When the post is published on Facebook, the text on the Facebook post ends with something like “[ 43 more words ]” Is that supposed to be there indicating how much longer the post is? Is this a bug?

    2) Twitter = I can enter a customized message in the box but this never seems to get published to Twitter. Only the title posted to Twitter. This is more frustrating than the Facebook issue because I would like to include specific Twitter handles and hashtags on some posts.

    Any help is appreciated!

The blog I need help with is rochesteracs.org.

    Theme Author

    Hi there,

Thanks so much for using Dynamic News.

Please note that the Sharing feature is part of Jetpack and WordPress.com, not the theme. So as theme author I do not know the answer, I’m sorry.

However, here are some things which might help. You can find the documentation about Social Sharing on https://en.support.wordpress.com/sharing/

There is one information about twitter handle in the Troubleshooting section:
“Question: The Twitter sharing button is using “via @wordpressdotcom” but I want it to use my Twitter username.
Answer: To have your Twitter sharing button use your Twitter username you need to set up the Publicize feature.”

If the docs do not help I suggest to ask these questions in the general WordPress.com support forums: https://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/topic/bugs-with-jetpack-sharing/
