Blog Photos are not showing up on main page

Hi There,
I recently saw a post that others experienced when switching to Rosalie. My “featured image” or blog image does not populate on the main home page for any posts. I switched to standard post format, however, that did not seem to work. Any other solutions?

Finally they solved the issue but no idea what happened because they didn’t answer about what they had made and we are nor able to replicate the issue in our sites.If the previous theme uses the featured image, it should work because Rosalie uses the same function: https://wordpress.com/support/featured-images/. Could you please try to re-upload a featured image to a random post? Anyway we are going to add to this topic a WordPress engineer in order to take a look (we don’t have access to your admin site in order to check what is happening).
