  Sorry if this topic has been discussed already, but I can’t find a thread that resolves the issue I’m having.

  I had a different video up on the banner when I first set up the site, which was working fine, but then when I uploaded a new video and tried to set it up as the banner video, it no longer seems to load or work. How can I resolve the issue?

  Sorry for the delay.

  When adding your video url, do not add the extension. You currently have “.mp4” on the end. You need to remove that.
