    Hi!
    Trying to change the posts/pages background to a pitch black #0000 RGB 0,0,0…

    Used:
    .main .post-navigation {
    background:rgb(0,0,0);
    }

    Doesn’t seem to be working?

    Thanks

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    I think this will do it:

    .main-content {
    background:#000;
    }

    The colour should be in hexadecimal notation. A good place for picking colours is http://colorpicker.com

    thank you! it works for the posts and pages…however at the very end of each post and on the front page…at the end of them…there is still a colour inconsistency. There is just a dark grey border at the bottom still. I think it has to do with something else?

    The very sides of the site (when expanded) are also this dark grey colour.

    ah ha – I see what you mean. It’s really hard to see the difference on my monitor since the grey is so dark :)

    I think the problem is just the background of the page showing through so hopefully this will solve it.

    html, body.custom-background,
    .main-content {
    background-color:#000;
    }
