Articles getting cut off on phone

First let me say I love this theme! It’s been a breeze to work with.

Unfortunately, when I view some longer posts they are getting cut off. A white area is displayed instead of my content. You can see this by viewing the following pages sized for the phone (they look fine in a wider browser aspect ratio).

http://jaymeedwards.com/services/it-maturity-evaluation/ (this one gets cut off halfway through displaying the “contact information” sidebar

I’ve also noticed that “post” pages (like blog articles) seem to have incorrect padding on the phone. They snug right up to the left side of the window instead of having some padding like pages and portfolio items. Here’s an example:

Any ideas on what could be causing this? Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

What kind of mobile device and web browser are you using when you see the content getting cut off?

The padding on the category page is something we’ll need to release a fix for. We’ll get that fixed up as soon as possible.

Thanks. I’m not seeing it on Android 4.4.2 and Google Chrome, Browser, or Firefox. I’ll look a little further and see if I can find out anything specific to 4.4.4.

Hey Flapper, we haven’t been able to replicate this or nail down any specific causes. I’m not sure if it’s related, but we did find other bug reports related to Android 4.4.4 and Chrome where text was getting cut off.

We’ll keep an eye on this and if we find any bugs in Ampersand we’ll be sure to patch them up quickly.

Thanks, my wife has the same phone and sees the same thing so I don’t think it’s due to anything installed wrong. Hopefully it shows itself at some point and can get resolved.

    Thanks for the update.
