Ads Not Visible on Homepage

Hi,
I love the aesthetic of the Patch theme, but when I changed over to it, my word ads visibility dropped dramatically, because it does not seem that there is any way for these ads to run on the home page, only on single posts. Is there any way to display Google Adsense ads on the homepage as a banner ad? Or does this theme only support ads on single posts? Thank you
