Adding subtitles to main menu

    Hello,
    I’m having difficulties with doing my blog. Can you please tell me how i do like “Sub-titles” in the main menu.

    For example: “quem somos” (who we are). I would like that appear 2 names with photos and then when you click on the name appears more information.
    Can you please help me? Do you have any video that explain this step by step. Sorry, but for me is not so intuitive to start.

    I have visited your blog and noticed that you have managed “Sub-Menus” in the Custom Menu. I am able to see Dr. Rubina Ahmed and Dr. James Esteves.
