    Hi,

At the bottom of the page, there is ‘load more’ which is related to infinite scrolling. I want to add pages..like 1,2,3, 4 and so on. If someone clicks on ‘2’ then a new set of blog appears…instead of scrolling more the same. How can this be done?

The blog I need help with is newagehealthcare.in.

    Hi there,

You need to disable infinite scroll to have standard page links. Check out the doc here for info on how to turn that off.

    Hi,

Apologies for not making myself clear. I don’t want all the blogs to appear on the same page. Please go to this link and scroll to the bottom of the page. You will see numbers written 1, 2, 3, 4 etc….so when someone clicks on 2 a set of new blogs appear. I want this.

Is there a way I can send you a screenshot to make you understand my requirement in a better way.

    Hi there,

As I mentioned before, disabling Infinite Scroll entirely should bring the numbered page links, such as 1, 2, 3, etc. Did you try disabling Infinite Scroll as stated in that article?

    Hi,

Yes, I did disable infinite scrolling but it didn’t bring the numbered page links, such as 1, 2, 3, etc as mentioned by you.

    How can I get this?

    Regards
    Sumeet

    Hi Sumeet,

Thanks for your patience. I just spoke with the WordPress.com team about this issue. They have removed the ability to have the 1, 2, 3 page links. Instead, you can only choose between click to load and scroll to load. The only way to get the page links would be to upgrade to the Business plan and then customize the theme. Sorry for the confusion!

Is this true for all the themes across WordPress or this is only specific to the theme that I am using.

    Hi there,

This is true for all themes on WordPress.com.
