  I’m having trouble uploading audio to be played in the audio player. I have done this before and it seems some things have changed. When I go to upload mp3’s (even outside of the media manager) the files are not supported and I get this message:

  “Error 01 Sun Shine Soul.mp3
  This file type is not allowed. Please try another.
  Allowed file types: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, pdf, doc, ppt, odt, pptx, docx, pps, ppsx, xls, xlsx, key.”

  Shouldn’t there be some audio file types on the end of this list? Perhaps I am missing a step?

  I did purchase the space upgrade about a year and a half ago.

  The space upgrade is a yearly subscription, so it sounds like you may need to renew your sites Space Upgrade?
