Add Featured Categories to Home Page

  I would like to add Featured categories to home page for Watson theme. Is there such feature for that? If there isn’t, can you please recommend the themes which are similar to Watson theme?

  To clarify, each featured category will have 2 or 3 posts. And if the Watson theme doesn’t allow that, can you please recommend the themes which are similar to Watson theme and also allow me to add featured catgories? Many thanks.
