3 block images not shown in Axon Theme

Hi there,
In the sample axon theme there are three images below the header, the first of cute penguins, second of the beach and third of colorful wooden houses.
You can look at it here
When i bought the axon theme it did not come with the three images, and i would like to know how i can code those three images either on html or css. I am new to this and since i did not self-host my website, i do not have access to the php.files to add/change the layout of my website. That is why html or css are my only options.
Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

You have no need to code any thing to display these three Featured Posts.
