2 problems: sub featured area and layout options

    Hi there,
    I have two problems I need you to help me to resolve, please:

    1- On my sub featured area, I can’t get it to display the third image/post, even if I use the sub featured tag in more than 2 posts, and I choose 3 sub featured entries.
    Can you please help me figure out how to get a third post to display?

    2- In the layout options, I choose a heading text for the ‘Latest News’ section but the heading doesn’t appear on the blog.
