How does the home page title change?

  On the demo page (http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/profile/) the title of the homepage is “I’m a Professional Dude” but the page link in the nav bar is “Home.”

  Am I missing something? When I change the title to the Featured page I chose, that same title appears in the nav bar. How do I set it up so the nav bar says “Home” and the title of the home page says “I’m a Professional Dude”?
